Bullsnips was established on the roundabout of Scott and Aumuller Streets, Bungalow, Cairns, in August 1995.
22 Years of continuous operation in the same location to service our valued customers.

Our Master Barbers utilize vintage tools for the continuously-evolving contemporary
precision cuts as well as traditional barber services, including hot towel shaves,
beard trimming and styling.
Our time-honored barbershop straight blade hot towel shave employs numerous hot towels imbued with essential oil scents – a wonderfully relaxing experience. Many clients also opt for this classic ritual for a very practical reason, the hot towel softens the beard to allow a closer, more comfortable shave.

Bullsnips is a classic, premium barbershop and features 6 Barber Shop chairs, with a
central waiting area with the daily newspaper and a wide variety of magazines for clients to relax before services.
At Bullsnips, our clients can expect high-quality Barbering-Services from well trained,
professional barbers tailoring the specific needs of each client and offering reflective advice on the most suitable products for them.
We have a wide selection of retail products, including premium male grooming brands, such as Cologne, Beard Oils, Waxes and Accessories.

Hello, I am the new owner of BULLSNIPS, since July 2017.
I worked at Bullsnips as a casual barber for 2 years, before taking over ownership.
I commenced my Barber apprenticeship when I was 14 and have been in the industry ever since and was voted No 1 Barber
apprentice in the whole of Russia when I was 17.
I have owned several barber businesses around the world, including Turkmenistan, Russia and now Australia.
Before coming to Australia, I managed a Hair-loss/Barber business in Dubai for 10 years.
I have expertise in all facets of hair and beard care.
I also specialize in Hair-loss and Cut-Throat razor shaves.
I speak Russian and English.

Silke completed her apprenticeship as a Hairstylist/Barber in 2005 in Germany, after which, she worked for Paul Mitchell
agency for 8 years in Europe, where Silke got the great opportunity to work as a Hairstylist for German Idol, the Berlin
Fashion week and the Gentleman of the year Awards in Berlin. Great experiences!
Silke also worked as a Hairdresser/ Barber in Spain and England before coming to Australia in August 2017, we are very
lucky to have Silke start working at Bullsnips just a week after arriving in Cairns, her love for the great atmosphere and
being part of the Bullsnips Team shows outwardly.
Silke speaks German, Spanish and English.
